Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified, domestic delivery of goods to Germany shall be made within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 8 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you chose low-cost shipping during checkout, we send the items together in one delivery. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time.
If you chose rapid shipping during checkout, we send each item as soon as it is available in as many deliveries as necessary.
Once we shipped your order you are notified via email.
Tracking
Tracking of your shipment(s) is only available for registered customers.
To track a shipment log in to your account and choose “Your orders” in the account menu (top left corner of the page). After selecting the order you want to track you will find a tracking button under “shipping method”
